Our Policies
For all guests booking with Ninteen26 Campground & Lodging we ask that you review the following policies:
Check-in time is 3:00pm daily. Check out time is 11:00am daily. If you need a late check out, please reach out to us directly to make arrangements. Failure to arrange a late check out may result in charges of $30/hour, that will be charged to the guest’s credit card on file.
Check In is contactless. In additional to your confirmation email you will receive an email with your check-in time and key code the day prior to arrival. If you are booking the day of your reservation please call 701-361-5298 for your keycode. If you have any difficulties with your keypad, we always have a lock box with a key to manually open the door. Please contact maintenance to get this code if needed. We can remotely unlock your door as well if you have any issues.
Please note we do not provide daily housekeeping services. All towels, toiletries, kitchen utensils should be present in your room. If you need housekeeping services, please contact the maintenance number and we will do our best to accommodate your needs within a reasonable amount of time.
ABSOLUTELY no parties or other events allowed. Nineteen26 Lodging reserves the right to cancel a reservation without issuing a refund if this rule is violated and guests will be asked to leave the property.
There will be no cleaning of wild game or fish inside of the units or with our kitchen utensils. If this occurs an additional $50 cleaning fee will be assessed to the guest and replacement costs of the utensils used. Our bird cleaning station will be operational for the 2024 hunting season.
Crated pets are allowed in Rooms # 1 & # 5. Please see additional pet policy below. Any damage that occurred by this pet while staying in the room will be billed directly to the guest’s credit card on file.
Customers shall behave in a civilized manner and shall respect the rights of other guests. To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, please observe the designated quiet hours from 10:00pm to 8:00am. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation without issuing a refund if you do not adhere to these rules.
Smoking and vaping in any form is prohibited inside the premises. A $300 fee may apply if smoking is reported, or evidence is found within the premises. Please note in addition to this fine, there may also be charges or expenses passed on for any cancellations or discounts provided to incoming guests due to delays caused by cleaning.
In many rooms Nineteen26 Lodging provides kitchens stocked with basic utensils, pots and pans, and kitchen items. If any of these items are missing at the end of the stay this will be billed to the customer’s credit card.
Guests shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless Nineteen26 Campground & Lodging against all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury, or loss.
We occasionally experience outages that are beyond our control. We report outages as each occurs. No refunds or compensation will be given for any outages. Please note in the event of a power outage during a snow related event we will do our best to get power and heat restored as soon as possible. Guests will not hold Nineteen26 liable for any inconvenience due to snow removal or power loss. Be aware that if we get a large amount of snow our parking lot will need to be cleared. Please be attentive to snow removal staff and help to move your vehicle as needed. Please note that we will get snow removed as quickly as possible as the weather allows. If "No travel is advised" snow removal will be completed when it is safe for staff to clear the parking lot.
Only legally owned and permitted firearms shall be allowed on the premises according to State and local laws.
Guests agree that Fireworks and other hazardous materials shall not be used in or around the property. There will be no fires in the campground or around the lodging facilities if the county is under a burn ban. Those not adhering to this rule will experience a $200 fine, no exceptions.
Please note that the entire Nineteen26 Lodging property is under 24 hour camera surveillance and you are being recorded when outside your room.
Guests shall see to their own security while in the property by locking doors, windows, garage doors, etc. when it’s prudent to do so. Nineteen26 Lodging is not responsible for doors left unlocked and items that are stolen due to negligence of the guest. This includes all hunting gear and accessories.
Wi-Fi is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the agreement. No refund of rents shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal preferences regarding internet service.
Guest notes that there are no in-room telephones. Guests must use their personal cell phones for all telephone communications and to reach management if needed.
One vehicle per room is permitted to park directly outside the room. If you have additional vehicles in your party, please have them park towards the back of the lot and to the east of the bird cleaning station.
PET POLICY
Dogs going into Rooms #1 and #5 must be disclosed at the time of booking. Only house trained and well-behaved dogs are allowed with advanced notice. There is a $100 pet deposit at the time of booking, $25.00 of this is non-refundable and used for additional cleaning. You are responsible for any damage caused by the dog. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed.
Dogs must be vaccinated and treated for flea’s and ticks; any remediation expenses will be charged to guests as well as any discounts of cancellations to incoming guests as a result.
Please keep your dog leashed in common areas of the property and outside as city ordinances dictate. Your dog should be under your control at all times.
Please take your dog on the far southeast side of the block near the city RV dumpsite to relieve themselves, please clean up any remains. Pet feces may be disposed of in the dumpster on the east end of the building. Please note our property is monitored by cameras.
All dogs entering these units must be crated while in the unit at all times. This helps keep hair and dirt to one specific area.
Please DO NOT use our good bathroom/kitchen towels to wipe off your dogs’ paws, if this occurs you will be charged for the replacement of these items.
Dogs are not allowed to roam the units, to climb on beds, or furniture. If you allow your dog to climb on our furniture and bedding you will be paying for its replacement. No exceptions.
If the unit requires additional cleaning as these rules are not followed there will be an additional fee of $50/hour for cleaning.
If there is excess hair noted, please take the broom and dustpan and sweep it up.
You know your pets; please do not leave them unattended at the unit if they will be noisy or have separation anxiety. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation without refund if your pet is overly noisy and the pet rules are not followed.
We are not responsible for your pet in any way while it is on our property. We are not responsible for any illness or injury that occurs to your pet while on our property.
We ask that you please adhere to these practices and policies so that we can continue to offer pet-friendly rooms to our guests. Please note our outdoor kennels will be completed for the late summer of 2024.
Our Cancellation Policy is as follows:
We only have 8 suites here at Nineteen26 Campground & Lodging so cancellations can be very detrimental to our small rural business. We ask that you please read and adhere to the following cancellation policy.
50% deposit is required at the time of booking with the remainder due 14 days prior to arrival. This will automatically be charged to your card 14 days prior to arrival, you do not need to do anything extra.
All rooms must be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival for full refund. (This applies to off peak months, please see policy below)
If not cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival guests will forfeit their 50% deposit on the reservation.
The reservation is non-refundable at 24 hours prior to check in time.
Rooms booked September 15th, 2024-November 15th, 2024 are non refundable due to the high number of guests that we accommodate during this busy season.
The credit card fee is non-refundable with any cancellation.
