We kindly ask all guests booking with Nineteen26 Campground & Lodging to review the following policies:
Check-in time is 3:00 PM daily, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you require a late check-out, please contact us directly to make arrangements. Please note that failing to arrange a late check-out may result in a charge of $30 per hour, which will be billed to the guest’s credit card on file.
Check-in is contactless for your convenience. In addition to your confirmation email, you will receive an email with your check-in time and key code the day before your arrival. If you are making a same-day reservation, please call 701-361-5298 for your key code. Should you encounter any difficulties with the keypad, a lockbox with a manual key is available. To access this key, simply contact maintenance for the code. We can also remotely unlock your door if you experience any issues.
Please note that we do not provide daily housekeeping services. All towels, toiletries, and kitchen utensils should be available in your room upon arrival. If you require additional housekeeping assistance, please contact the maintenance number, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs in a timely manner.
ABSOLUTELY NO parties or events are permitted. Nineteen26 Lodging reserves the right to cancel any reservation without a refund if this policy is violated, and guests will be asked to leave the property.
Cleaning of wild game or fish is not permitted inside the units or with our kitchen utensils. If this policy is violated, a $50 cleaning fee will be charged to the guest, along with the replacement costs for any utensils used. Our bird cleaning station is available for your convenience.
Crated pets are welcome in Units #1 and #5. Please refer to the additional pet policy below. Any damages caused by your pet during your stay will be charged directly to the guest’s credit card on file.
Guests are expected to behave respectfully and to honor the rights of others. To maintain a peaceful atmosphere for everyone, please observe our quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund if these guidelines are not followed.
Smoking and vaping in any form are strictly prohibited inside the premises. A $300 fee may be imposed if smoking is reported or evidence is found. In addition to this fine, you may incur charges for any cancellations or discounts provided to incoming guests due to delays caused by cleaning.
Many rooms at Nineteen26 Lodging feature kitchens equipped with essential utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen items. If any of these items are missing at the end of your stay, the cost will be charged to the guest's credit card.
Guests agree to indemnify and hold Nineteen26 Campground & Lodging harmless from any claims of personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from their use of the premises, regardless of the nature of the incident.
Occasionally, outages may occur that are beyond our control. While we will report these outages as they happen, please note that no refunds or compensation will be issued. In the event of a power outage during a snow-related incident, we will make every effort to restore power and heat as quickly as possible. Guests agree not to hold Nineteen26 liable for any inconveniences caused by snow removal or power loss.
In the event of significant snowfall, please be aware that our parking lot will need to be cleared. We appreciate your cooperation in moving your vehicle as needed to assist with snow removal. Rest assured, we will clear the snow as quickly as weather conditions permit. If a "No travel" advisory is in effect, snow removal will take place once it is safe for our staff to do so.
Only legally owned and permitted firearms are allowed on the premises, and must comply with all state and local laws.
Guests acknowledge that fireworks and other hazardous materials are strictly prohibited on and around the property. Additionally, fires are not permitted in the campground or near lodging facilities during a county burn ban. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a $200 fine, no exceptions.
Please be aware that the entire Nineteen26 Lodging property is monitored by 24-hour camera surveillance, and you are being recorded when outside your room.
Guests are responsible for their own security while on the property and should ensure that doors, windows, garage doors, and other entry points are locked when appropriate. Nineteen26 Lodging is not liable for theft or loss of items, including hunting gear and accessories, due to negligence in securing these items.
Wi-Fi is offered as a convenience and is not a fundamental part of your agreement. No refunds will be issued for outages, content availability, speed issues, access problems, lack of knowledge in using the service, or personal preferences regarding internet service.
Please note that there are no in-room telephones. Guests are encouraged to use their personal cell phones for all communications and to contact management if needed.
Each room is allowed one vehicle to park directly outside. If you have additional vehicles in your party, please park them towards the back of the lot, east of the bird cleaning station.
PET POLICY
Guests must disclose any dogs accompanying them in Rooms #1 and #5 at the time of booking. Only house-trained and well-behaved dogs are permitted with prior notice. A $100 pet deposit is required upon booking, of which $25 is non-refundable and allocated for additional cleaning. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dogs. A maximum of two dogs is allowed.
Dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations and treated for fleas and ticks. Any remediation costs incurred will be charged to the guest, along with any discounts or cancellations offered to incoming guests as a result of non-compliance.
Please ensure your dog is leashed in all common areas of the property and outside, in accordance with city ordinances. Your dog should be under your control at all times.
We kindly ask that you take your dog to the far southeast corner of the block, near the city RV dump site, for bathroom breaks. Please clean up after your pet, disposing of any waste in the dumpster located at the east end of the building. Please note that our property is under camera surveillance.
All dogs in these units must remain crated at all times. This policy helps contain hair and dirt to a specific area, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.
We ask that you DO NOT use our bathroom and kitchen towels to wipe your dog’s paws. If this happens, you will be responsible for the replacement costs of the affected items.
Dogs are not permitted to roam freely within the units or to climb on beds and furniture. If your dog is found to have been on any furniture or bedding, you will be responsible for the replacement costs. No exceptions.
If the unit requires extra cleaning due to non-compliance with these rules, a cleaning fee of $50 per hour will be applied.
You know your pets best; please refrain from leaving them unattended in the unit if they are prone to being noisy or suffer from separation anxiety. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund if your pet becomes excessively noisy and the pet policies are not adhered to.
We are not responsible for your pet while it is on our property. This includes any illness or injury that may occur during your stay.
We kindly ask that you adhere to these practices and policies so that we can continue to offer pet-friendly units to our guests.
