Motel Cancellation Policy
With just eight suites available at Nineteen26 Campground & Lodging, cancellations can significantly impact our small rural business. We kindly ask that you please read and follow the cancellation policy.
All rooms and campsites must be cancelled at least 7 days prior to arrival to receive a refund.
Reservations cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.
Rooms booked September 15th -November 15th are NON REFUNDABLE.
100% of reservation is due at the time of booking for both campsites and lodging.
Credit cards are held on file for incidentals.
Rooms and campsites can be cancelled only by phone. Please leave a voicemail if we do not answer. Messaging platforms and emails are not acceptable forms of cancellation and will not be honored.
Credit card fees are non-refundable at any time for motel or campground reservations.
No-shows and early departures are non-refundable.
Reservation date changes are subject to availability and may be subject to this cancellation policy.
Weather-related cancellations, road closures, or changes in travel plans are subject to this cancellation policy.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Processing times may vary by financial institution. Refunds can take up to 5-10 days.
