Motel Cancellation Policy
With just eight suites available at Nineteen26 Campground & Lodging, cancellations can significantly impact our small rural business. We kindly ask that you please read and follow the cancellation policy.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 14 days before arrival. The remaining amount will be automatically charged to your card 14 days before your stay, so no additional action is needed on your part.
To receive a full refund during off-peak months, all cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before your scheduled arrival. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before arrival will result in the forfeiture of the 50% deposit.
Reservations are non-refundable if they are canceled within 24 hours of the check-in time.
Rooms booked from September 15th through November 15th are non-refundable due to the high volume of guests that we accommodate during this busy season.
The credit card fee is non-refundable with any cancellation.
